What can I say, truly outstanding and brilliant service.  Ordered at 5pm Wed, changed order at 6pm, personal phone call at 9pm, and arrived home today (Thursday) to find the hat on the doorstep.  That is less than 24 hrs (Great NZ service at its best).  I will certainly be buying more hats (although they look as though they will last a long time).  Thanks – you are awesome.
